Performance, durability, and fluidity in movement. We use a neurobiomechanical model of training that addresses both neurological & physiological efficiency in addition to movement quality.
We build elite performance by improving both kinetics and kinematics in that our training addresses position & posture, biomechanics, relevant strength, as well as speed plus velocity. Our training system is based on an ACTIVATION I ABSORPTION I PROPULSION model to ensure you’re both absorbing and creating force in an elite capacity.
We then support all of this with the relevant nutritional, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle inputs. The goal is to create an supportive environment that incubates the process of adaptation to training through energetic preparation.

Our process differs from traditional rehabilitation in that we strive to both improve the outputs side of the equation with movement & performance while also ensuring you have the right lifestyle inputs so you actually adapt to the training stimulus.
